Refund & Exchanges

All Sales Are Final.

Refunds/Exchanges are void once merchandise is opened/used.

Return or exchange of defective items can be done, but is at the sole discretion of Jacks Furniture Shack.

  • Jacks Shack will determine if the product is indeed defective
  • We may request photo/video evidence of said product before a decision is made
  • The customer has up to 2 days from the date of receiving the product to inform JFS that the product is defective
  • All Clearance items are NOT eligible and are  sold "as-is" 


Please keep in mind that ANY exchanges are at the sole discretion of Jacks Furniture Shack.


This is super simple!  Because we're an honest and fair company. We cover the warranty strictly in-house.  (Warranty requires no minimum purchase amount)

There is a fee attached for us to pick-up warranty items. Drop-off is welcome and carries no such Fee. 

Any additional warranty information comes in the boxes or plastic of furniture/mattress. 

(Applies as long as said item(s) is still under warranty)

Please note: After warranty has expired, some PARTS still may replaced for a small fee.  


Cancellations are subject to a 25% restocking fee on full purchase price.

Exempt are orders where furniture has NOT been ordered.
